As a Post Electrical Equipment & Process Engineer, you will be in charge of the Equipment & Processes associated with the following tools - Laser marker, Oven, Scannerand Line Pack tools.Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Collaborate withsite teams todrive,develop and implement improvements in equipment that drive cost reduction, improve quality and delivery performance.
Collaborate with other departments (where applicable) to facilitate manufacturability. Assist in driving alignment efforts acrossInternal Assembly and TestSite and Sub-conusing common important metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional team on product, package quality and reliability issues.
Support site development/ integration projects.
Support management in meeting strategic deployment goals on Post Electrical processes and New Product Introduction and product proliferation at network level. Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers (business units and manufacturing sites) to accurately relay technical information.
Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and engineers in other functional areas and in partner organizations.
Actively share information with others to raise level of awareness and knowledge.
Identify and initiate opportunities for manufacturing process/equipment improvement.
Requirements:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic) with an inclination towards software technology.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent Project management skills.
Highly result driven individual, proactive and ability to multi-task and handle dynamic priorities.
Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good teammate.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging is an advantage.
