With massive expansion plans for 2022/2023, we are actively seeking to recruit a Call Center Manager to help us deliver on expansion plans here in Indonesia.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, successful candidates for this role will be responsible for ensuring that all telemarketing is correctly trained, motivated and managed with 100% focus on personal activity level as well as individual/team targets. The ideal person for this position will have an eye for talent, know how to get the best out of people, and have a proven track record in telemarketing/telesales management or training and development.
