About the Role


If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding product development, look no further. As our Senior Product Manager for Commerce Enablement, you’ll take the wheel in creating products for merchants across Indonesia. Along with overseeing product development processes that are used by the team, you will be in charge as subject matter expert of the product. Working closely with the engineering and design team, you’ll shape the nature of our products to ensure our customers are able to sell and grow.



What You Will Do

  • Acts as the subject matter expert of the product
  • Manage prioritization, product strategy, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area
  • Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics
  • Write clear & concise product requirements and user stories; and ensure that the delivery is the same as initial requirements
  • Lead agile product development process including backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization sessions and daily stand-ups
  • Capture insights from new released features, merchant feedback, experiments, research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product
  • Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery

What You Will Need

  • At least 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years of Product experience developing Internet/ technology products
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in an unstructured environment
  • Nuanced understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features
  • Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
  • Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to insist on high standards and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
