PT. AOS bekerjasama dengan salah satu perusahaan Financial Technologi terbesar di Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi: CALL CENTER AGENT

Deskripsi pekerjaan:
  • Menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh customer melalui telepon, live chat, email dan sosial media


    • Kualifikasi:
  • Usia maksimal 30 tahun

  • Minimal lulusan D3 semua jurusan (IPK > 2,75)

  • Paham mengenai e-payment, fintech & dompet digital

  • Komunikatif, tidak cadel & tidak berdialeg

  • Memiliki kemampuan mengetik dengan cepat

  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik

  • Bersedia shifting (7/24)

  • Penempatan: YOGYAKARTA
