Job Purposes

  • Memberikan pelayanan Service Exellence kepada calon Nasabah yang melakukan proses pembukaan rekening melalui Aplikasi D-Bank Registration
  • Melakukan verifikasi data yang telah diinput oleh calon nasabah melalui Aplikasi D-Bank Registration
  • Memastikan kebenaran data calon Nasabah agar proses pembukaan rekening calon Nasabah dapat ditindak lanjuti /tidak
  • Mengarahkan Nasabah untuk menyelesaikan proses pembukaan rekening berdasarkan hasil verifikasi

Responsibilities

  • Memastikan incoming video calls dari Nasabah terjawab
  • Melakukan verifikasi data KYC- dari calon nasabah melalui video chat
  • Memastikan pemeriksaan pada kolom remarks. Jika terdapat informasi KYC telah dilakukan namun belum lengkap, lakukan proses KYC selanjutnya
  • Memastikan tanda tangan nasabah yang tersimpan di sistem telah sesuai dengan KTP-el
  • Memastikan proses pengambilan/pengiriman kartu Debit/ATM Danamon Nasabah


  • Proses KYC telah dilakukan sesuai ketentuan verifikasi KYC yang berlaku

Absensi < 2%

  • PC (Email, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word)
