Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Staf Frontliner Layanan Pelanggan. This role is the front line of our financial services operation, responsible for delivering a seamless and secure banking experience to our clients in the regions of Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Timur, and Tungkal Ulu. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling everyday transactions with precision, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a wide range of banking needs, ensuring each interaction is courteous and solution‑oriented.
  • Process financial transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and bill payments—accurately and in compliance with internal security protocols.
  • Verify customer identities and documentation to prevent fraud and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Provide clear explanations of products, services, and procedures, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy work environment, keeping cash drawers balanced and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
  • Handle routine inquiries related to account status, interest rates, and service fees, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest banking technology, compliance updates, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues during peak periods, and embracing a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) with a GPA of at least 2.75.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
  • Strong ethical standards, especially regarding confidentiality and financial integrity.
  • Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations: Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Timur, or Tungkal Ulu.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during high‑volume periods.
  • Zero or minimal prior experience; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training for the right candidate.
