Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through product selection, usage instructions, and safety considerations.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring that all vape devices, coils, liquids, and accessories are presented attractively.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest vape trends, new product releases, and regulatory changes, sharing this information with both customers and team members.
- Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse to reorder items before they run out.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process returns, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling, cross‑selling, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan in‑store events, product demos, and loyalty programs that boost foot traffic.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and compliance with local regulations concerning nicotine‑containing products.
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Travel between Vapeboss branches across Indonesia when required, with a preference for candidates residing in Bali.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail or vape‑related role (mandatory). Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate a solid understanding of vaping devices, coils, liquids, and industry terminology.
- Age 20 years or older.
- Strong knowledge of vaping technology, including coil building, device maintenance, and liquid flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, customer‑friendly manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work shift schedules from 10:00 to 22:00, Monday through Sunday.
- Preferred residence in Bali, though candidates from other regions will be considered for placement at any Vapeboss outlet.
