We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Operator Produksi – Pengawasan Proses Manufaktur to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that production lines operate smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Monitor daily manufacturing processes on the assembly line, ensuring that all operations follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct visual inspections of raw materials and finished goods to verify compliance with quality specifications.
- Operate and adjust machinery according to production schedules, documenting any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
- Record production data, including output counts, downtime, and material usage, in the company’s ERP system.
- Collaborate closely with the quality control team to perform in‑process checks and report non‑conformities.
- Assist in the setup and change‑over of production lines for different product models, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Follow safety guidelines at all times, participate in regular safety briefings, and promptly report hazards.
- Support continuous improvement projects by providing feedback on workflow bottlenecks and suggesting practical solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (perusahaan kebijakan khusus).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 1 year in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Core attributes: Honest, disciplined, hardworking, and reliable.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions meticulously.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with basic assembly tools, ability to read simple technical drawings, and experience with operator‑level machinery.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and perform repetitive motions safely.
