Introduction
XLSmart is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Kabupaten Pesisir Barat area. This field‑based position focuses on expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and delivering an excellent service experience to both new and existing clients. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily sales routes across the assigned cluster, ensuring optimal coverage of high‑potential territories.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits with retailers, distributors, and end‑users to present XLSmart’s product portfolio and promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Develop strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts, providing after‑sales support and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local activation campaigns and gather market intelligence.
- Prepare weekly RMP (Route Management Plan) reports that detail visit frequencies, customer responses, and potential leads.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study, enabling effective demonstration of product features.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including proper handling of SKCK documentation, vehicle maintenance, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a field‑sales capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of RMP (Route Management Planning) and the ability to create detailed field visit schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Adaptability and quick learning aptitude to master product knowledge and market nuances.
- Own a reliable motorcycle, hold a valid SIM C, and possess an active SKCK.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for using mobile sales tools.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a high level of personal integrity.
