Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operational Manager to lead the Logistics Division of our fast‑growing coffee‑shop chain. This senior‑level position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with food‑safety standards, managing inventory, and driving sales performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on operational expertise with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all day‑to‑day activities of coffee‑shop outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to SOPs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures related to service quality, hygiene, and food safety.
- Plan, create, and adjust staff schedules to optimize labor costs while meeting peak‑hour demand.
- Control inventory levels of raw materials, monitor stock rotation, and minimize waste through accurate forecasting.
- Lead a team of supervisors, store managers, and area managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and set realistic targets to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Make rapid, data‑driven decisions during operational challenges, such as supply disruptions or unexpected staffing gaps.
- Foster a disciplined, customer‑centric work culture through clear communication, recognition programs, and regular training sessions.
- Collaborate with the procurement, marketing, and finance departments to align operational goals with broader business strategies.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Business Administration or Hospitality is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in the coffee‑shop or quick‑service restaurant industry.
- Previous role as Supervisor, Store Manager, or Area Manager for a minimum of 1 year.
- Age 23 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Strong operational competency: mastery of daily store workflows, SOP enforcement, and stock management.
- Demonstrated managerial skills: decisive leadership, rapid problem‑solving, and ability to inspire disciplined teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on constructive feedback.
- Positive attitude, high learning agility, and a results‑oriented mindset.
