Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and personable Petugas Penjaga Booth Pameran dan Layanan Pengunjung to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere at our exhibition booths, ensuring visitors receive accurate information, and supporting the seamless operation of on‑site services. As a front‑line representative, you will embody the brand’s professionalism while helping to drive visitor satisfaction and brand engagement during trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing them with brochures, product samples, and relevant information.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the booth, including regular tidying of displays, arranging promotional materials, and ensuring all signage is up‑to‑date.
  • Assist the kitchen and catering staff by coordinating food service areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring that any on‑site refreshments are presented hygienically.
  • Handle visitor inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to the booth manager or relevant department.
  • Monitor inventory levels of promotional items, collect feedback forms, and prepare daily reports on visitor traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Support the set‑up and breakdown of the booth before and after each event, ensuring equipment is safely stored and transported.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to execute scheduled activities, such as product demonstrations, live presentations, and interactive workshops.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols, including crowd control, emergency procedures, and proper handling of electronic equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor registrations, lead captures, and follow‑up actions for the sales and marketing teams.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about product updates, company policies, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Female candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Polished appearance, sociable, and able to convey warmth to diverse audiences.
  • Strong personal attributes: diligent, clean, honest, disciplined, and resilient.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or food‑service setting is highly desirable.
  • Not currently enrolled in a university program and unmarried, to ensure full availability for the required work schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic store management or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during major exhibitions.
