This role offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners, develop creative lesson plans, and make a lasting impact on the next generation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans for students in PAUD, TK, and SD, aligning with the national curriculum and each child’s learning style.
- Assess student progress through informal observations, quizzes, and periodic reports, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Incorporate interactive teaching methods such as games, storytelling, and visual aids to maintain high engagement levels.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum developers to share best practices and continuously improve instructional strategies.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that respects cultural and religious values, especially for Muslim students.
- Prepare learning materials, worksheets, and digital resources that reinforce key concepts in literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding attendance, homework, and any behavioral or academic concerns.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and occasional community outreach events.
Requirements
- Female Muslim candidate, respecting the cultural preferences of our client families.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certifications in early childhood education are a plus.
- Prior experience teaching PAUD, TK, or SD students is highly preferred.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local dialects is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility for parent‑teacher meetings.
