Introduction
Fifgroup – Rungkut Branch is seeking a motivated Database Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our dynamic sales team in Surabaya. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to blend data‑driven insights with frontline sales activities, helping us deepen relationships with existing customers while attracting new business. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales force, leveraging a robust customer database to drive targeted outreach, improve retention rates, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously update the customer database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, segmentation opportunities, and high‑value prospects for the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to design and execute targeted campaigns, including phone calls, SMS, and email outreach.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and churn metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits within Surabaya’s eastern and southern districts to gather on‑ground feedback and build personal relationships with key accounts.
- Assist in training junior staff on CRM best practices, data entry standards, and customer service etiquette.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, turning each interaction into a loyalty‑building opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in CRM, sales support, or customer data management.
- All genders are welcome; however, the company encourages female applicants.
- Age limit: maximum 30 years.
- Residency: Must reside in Surabaya, preferably in the eastern or southern districts.
- Valid motorbike and a SIM C driving licence for field visits.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and internal teams.
- Quick adaptability, self‑motivation, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within a career‑focused environment.
