Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales plans that align with Mahamera Group’s overall business objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new customers by building a robust database of potential clients across various channels.
- Deliver in‑depth product knowledge presentations that clearly communicate the unique value propositions of Mahamera F&B offerings.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to refine sales strategies, both through field visits and remote coordination.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by monitoring pipeline health, forecasting demand, and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, tracking prospect outreach, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, digital campaigns, and event participation plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards during all sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Residency in Balikpapan or willingness to relocate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and target‑oriented with a track record of meeting or surpassing goals.
- Quick learner capable of mastering diverse product portfolios and adapting messaging accordingly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in collaborative team settings.
- Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (SIM) for client visits and territory coverage.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Open to active university students who can balance academic commitments with professional responsibilities.
