Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee timely delivery of parcels from pickup through final drop‑off, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse staff, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize routing and loading efficiency.
- Implement robust controls to minimize risks of loss, damage, or mis‑routing, including real‑time tracking and exception handling.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound transactions at the hub, maintaining accurate records in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Supervise and mentor hub staff, conducting regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill‑development workshops.
- Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and propose process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, fill‑rate, and cost per shipment.
- Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, including lean methodologies, to reduce waste and improve hub throughput.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, providing swift resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience within logistics, supply‑chain, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end parcel flow.
- Strong grasp of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes, including inventory control and outbound dispatch.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities: ability to motivate staff, manage conflict, and drive performance improvements.
- Flexibility to reside in or relocate to Manding, Kabupaten Sumenep, Jawa Timur.
