Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Runner – Fast & Accurate Delivery to join our dynamic logistics team in Bandung. This role is essential for ensuring that parcels, documents, and time‑critical shipments reach our customers promptly and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Pick up packages, documents, and small freight from our warehouse or partner locations.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes across Bandung, optimizing for speed and fuel efficiency.
- Verify the accuracy of each shipment against delivery orders and obtain customer signatures upon receipt.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle(s) and ensure all items are securely loaded.
- Provide courteous, professional interaction with customers, answering basic inquiries and handling minor issues on site.
- Report any delivery exceptions, damaged goods, or traffic incidents to the operations supervisor immediately.
- Assist with basic inventory checks and return of undelivered items to the warehouse.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, company policies, and health‑hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to receive real‑time updates and adjust routes when needed.
- Participate in weekly team briefings to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 32 years old.
- Gender: Open to male candidates; female applicants may also be considered based on company policy.
- Experience: No prior delivery experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Personal attributes: Honest, responsible, neat, and presentable at all times.
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and teammates.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary logistics environment.
- Work ethic: Hard‑working, agile, and capable of performing under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Vehicle: Own motorbike or car is a significant advantage (preferred but not mandatory).
- Location: Willingness to be based in the Bandung metropolitan area.
- Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
