Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to represent a leading baby product brand in Surabaya. The successful candidate will become the face of our brand, building strong relationships with retailers, mothers, and caregivers while driving product visibility and sales across the Jabodetabek region.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary brand ambassador for the baby product line at supermarkets, pharmacies, and specialty stores.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting key features, safety standards, and usage benefits.
- Develop and maintain a daily schedule of store visits, ensuring coverage of all target outlets from Tuesday to Sunday.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor promotions, pricing strategies, and consumer feedback to inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, reporting performance metrics in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to store staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and effective upselling techniques.
- Handle sample distribution, promotional material placement, and in‑store signage to maximize brand exposure.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock replenishment needs, and point‑of‑sale displays.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering personalized advice and building lasting brand loyalty.
- Participate in special events, baby fairs, and community outreach programs to further strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (WAJIB Wanita).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an SPG, preferably in FMCG or baby product categories.
- Residency within the Jabodetabek area for efficient travel to assigned outlets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Strong selling ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Proficiency with basic mobile tools (WhatsApp, email) for reporting and coordination.
- Willingness to work the specified schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
