Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative – Business Development to join our fast‑growing Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a final‑year university student who is eager to launch a career in field sales, market development, and brand expansion. You will work directly with traditional markets, retail outlets, and other high‑potential channels to drive product availability, increase brand awareness, and achieve measurable sales growth.
The position is based in a mobile field environment, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:00. You will be supported by an experienced marketing and sales team, and you will earn attractive commissions and incentives for every successful transaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site sales activities across traditional markets, independent retail stores, and identified high‑potential areas.
- Organize and execute market‑blitz campaigns to introduce new products, distribute samples, and generate immediate interest among store owners.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each customer.
- Increase product distribution by negotiating shelf space, ensuring timely deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain accurate daily sales logs, submit detailed reports, and analyze performance against targets.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners, distributors, and end‑users to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events, in‑store activations, and merchandising initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Assist in training junior sales staff and sharing best practices for effective field selling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; final‑year students are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
