We are seeking a dedicated Service Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic facilities management team. This full‑time position is based in a modern office environment and offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste removal across office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, properly maintained, and safely stored after each shift.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and quality‑control procedures to meet company and client standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the supervisory team promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate deep‑cleaning projects, floor polishing, carpet shampooing, and window washing as required.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, attendance, and any incidents, ensuring transparent communication with management.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to building occupants, answering basic inquiries related to facility services.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only (as stipulated by the client’s specific operational needs).
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and discipline in previous academic or work settings.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness management principles and willingness to learn advanced techniques.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 20 kg, and stand for extended periods.
