Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and merchandise to designated recipients throughout the Mojo, Semen, and surrounding areas.
- Plan efficient daily routes using a smartphone navigation app while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and update the central dispatch system in real time.
- Inspect the personal motorbike before each shift to ensure it is road‑worthy, properly fueled, and equipped with necessary safety gear.
- Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the logistics supervisor promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly delivery targets set by management, contributing to the overall performance metrics of the depot.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions securely, providing receipts and reconciling end‑of‑day reports.
- Assist in basic inventory checks when picking up bulk shipments from the warehouse.
- Promote a positive brand image through courteous interaction with customers and professional appearance.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as per operational policy).
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle (motorcycle) with valid registration and insurance.
- Possess a smartphone running Android with at least 2 GB RAM for navigation and communication apps.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑oriented conditions and meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Mojo, Semen, and nearby districts is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including courteous phone etiquette and face‑to‑face customer interaction.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; ability to read delivery addresses and complete simple paperwork.
- Physical stamina to load and unload packages weighing up to 15 kg.
