Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Kasir Restoran to join our vibrant dining team. Responsibilities
- Handle all cash, credit, and digital payments in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Welcome guests courteously, answer basic menu questions, and provide accurate information about promotions and specials.
- Maintain a tidy and organized cashier station, ensuring that receipts, change, and transaction logs are readily available.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and wait‑staff to ensure orders are processed smoothly and any special requests are communicated promptly.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports for the manager and flagging any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory of paper supplies, receipt rolls, and other cashier‑related items, and request replenishment when needed.
- Assist in training new cashiers by demonstrating proper transaction handling and customer service techniques.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including regular sanitization of the cash area and compliance with local food safety regulations.
- Participate in periodic staff meetings and contribute ideas for improving service speed and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, escalating more complex issues to the shift supervisor as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant cashier or in a comparable customer‑service role.
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and maintain high accuracy in cash handling.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information honestly and clearly.
- Basic proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts, as the schedule will be communicated later.
