We are looking for a dynamic Admin Manajemen Website to join our growing retail team in Malang. This role is the backbone of our online presence, ensuring that product listings, stock levels, promotional campaigns, and customer insights are accurately reflected on our website. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to keep the digital storefront running smoothly and efficiently. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant environment where creativity and precision are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product information, pricing, and promotional banners on the company website.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to schedule campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels in real time, flagging low‑stock items and collaborating with the warehouse to prevent stock‑outs.
- Analyze customer behavior data (e.g., click‑through rates, bounce rates, purchase pathways) to recommend improvements to the user experience.
- Ensure website content complies with brand guidelines, legal standards, and SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on website traffic, sales performance, and promotional effectiveness for senior management.
- Act as the first point of contact for any technical issues related to product uploads, image rendering, or checkout processes.
- Support the development of new features by providing detailed business requirements to the IT team.
- Maintain a meticulous audit trail of all website changes to guarantee traceability and accountability.
- Participate in weekly cross‑functional meetings to align website activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, preferably in Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, or a related field.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Prior experience in website administration, e‑commerce, or retail digital operations (experience of at least 1 year is preferred).
- Strong understanding of retail business flows, including product lifecycle, stock management, promotions, and customer behavior analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills – comfortable collaborating with marketing, warehouse, and operational staff.
- Resident of Malang or long‑term domicile in the city (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e‑commerce platforms.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
