Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Wilayah Ambon to join our expanding team across the eastern regions of Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our financial products to both existing and new customers, ensuring smooth credit application processes, and maintaining strong relationships with distribution channels. The successful candidate will be based in Ambon but will serve multiple branches throughout Papua, Central & Northern Sulawesi, and the Maluku islands.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and present Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to both existing and potential customers.
- Generate new orders through channel distribution partners, gathering initial data and verifying the completeness of customer documentation.
- Prepare and submit credit applications, ensuring all required forms, financial statements, and supporting documents are accurate and timely.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions promptly.
- Explain repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent information to ensure customers fully understand their obligations.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline report and sales forecast, highlighting opportunities and potential risks to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, suggest product enhancements, and align sales strategies with regional trends.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and regional roadshows to stay current on product knowledge and compliance requirements.
- Utilize personal vehicle and a valid SIM A/C to travel across assigned territories, ensuring timely face‑to‑face interactions with clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates from all disciplines are welcome.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within financial services or consumer credit.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting sales targets.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and an active SIM A/C license.
- Willingness to be placed in any of Adira Finance’s branches across Papua, Central & Northern Sulawesi, and Maluku.
