We are seeking a talented Professional Hair Stylist – Creative Salon Specialist to join our dynamic team at Creative Salon. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, delivering high‑quality hair and beauty services while embodying our brand’s commitment to creativity, excellence, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s hair goals, lifestyle, and personal style.
- Perform precision haircuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, and advanced styling techniques tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide professional eyelash services, including extensions and lifts, to complement hair treatments.
- Recommend and upsell hair care and styling products, ensuring clients leave with a personalized maintenance plan.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of supplies, track product usage, and place orders to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging techniques, and new product launches through workshops, webinars, and trade shows.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in on‑the‑job training, fostering a collaborative and supportive salon culture.
- Document client histories and service notes in the salon’s booking system to enhance repeat visit experiences.
- Participate actively in promotional events, social media content creation, and community outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: Not older than 40 years.
- At least 2 years of professional salon experience (Senior level preferred).
- Proven expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling; ability to perform eyelash services is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and consultative approach toward clients.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Residence outside the city is welcome; the salon provides transportation mesh for commuting staff.
