Introduction

To support our expanding warehouse network, we are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Manajemen Operasional Gudang & Logistik. This role is critical for ensuring that inventory flows smoothly from receipt to shipment, supporting sales teams, and maintaining accurate stock records. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment where efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Prepare inbound and outbound goods based on sales orders, ensuring the correct items, quantities, and documentation.
- Receive shipments, verify packing lists against purchase orders, and log any discrepancies for prompt resolution.
- Organize and store items in the warehouse according to established slotting strategies to maximize space utilization and ease of retrieval.
- Conduct partial stock opname (cycle counting) on a regular schedule, reconcile variances, and update the inventory management system.
- Operate warehouse management software and basic computer applications to record transactions, generate reports, and track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement departments to forecast demand, prioritize picking lists, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment by following SOPs, conducting routine equipment checks, and participating in safety drills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggest layout adjustments, and support the implementation of lean warehousing practices.
- Assist in training new team members on handling procedures, inventory controls, and workplace safety protocols.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical or vocational background in logistics is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but at least 1 year of experience in retail warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle manual lifting, standing for long periods, and moving pallets.
- Strong teamwork orientation, innovative mindset, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions precisely, and solid inventory management capabilities.
