Responsibilities
- Present live segments, product demonstrations, and interactive Q&A sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare daily scripts, talking points, and visual cues in collaboration with the production team.
- Engage viewers in real time, respond to comments, and foster a lively community atmosphere.
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure seamless streaming, audio‑visual quality, and timely transitions.
- Maintain a polished on‑camera presence, adhering to brand guidelines and cultural sensitivities.
- Participate in pre‑show rehearsals, post‑show debriefs, and continuous improvement meetings.
- Assist in content planning by suggesting topics, trends, and interactive formats that resonate with the target audience.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding proprietary information and viewer data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female, Muslim, and comfortable wearing a hijab.
- Age: up to 30 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, fresh graduates are welcome).
- Height of at least 159 cm and weight not exceeding 55 kg.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly in front of a camera.
- Natural charisma, confidence, and a genuine love for live interaction and challenges.
- Basic knowledge of digital media platforms, livestream tools, and social media etiquette.
- Excellent time‑management, punctuality, and the ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Team‑player mindset with a willingness to receive feedback and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
