Responsibilities
- Inspect, sort, and categorize incoming shoes and single‑piece garments according to material type, level of soiling, and client specifications.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as ultrasonic washers, steam chambers, and drying tunnels while adhering to safety protocols.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents, conditioners, and protective treatments for leather, suede, canvas, and synthetic fabrics, ensuring no damage or discoloration occurs.
- Perform manual spot‑treatment, stain removal, and odor‑neutralising procedures with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records of each item processed, including client details, service performed, and any special instructions.
- Monitor inventory levels of detergents, conditioners, and replacement parts, and request supplies as needed.
- Conduct routine equipment checks, clean workstations, and report any malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide courteous assistance to customers who drop off or pick up items, answering basic inquiries about service times and care tips.
- Continuously improve workflow efficiency by suggesting process enhancements and participating in regular training sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, preferably under 30 years of age.
- No prior experience required, though experience in shoe or single‑item laundry is a strong advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical work style.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic adaptability skills: comfortable working with a variety of materials and adjusting to shifting daily volumes.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg safely.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑oriented mindset.
