Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective vape shops, retail outlets, and distributors throughout the Depok area to promote product lines and gather market intelligence.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners, expanding the company’s distribution footprint and ensuring optimal shelf placement.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers by providing product education, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions that drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and forecasted sales figures.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and market trends, influencing future product enhancements.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and in‑store demonstrations to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market conditions to proactively adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and health‑safety standards during field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the specific needs of the role.
- At least 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the vaping, tobacco‑related, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a territory‑management environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently while managing a demanding schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency in using mobile CRM tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting), and basic data analysis.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for frequent field visits.
