Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) for its Singaraja Branch. This role is pivotal in driving loan portfolio growth by promoting the company’s financial products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the credit application process while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s credit products—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and installment plans—to existing customers and new prospects.
- Identify and secure orders from distribution channels, such as automotive dealers, retail partners, and independent agents.
- Collect initial customer data, perform thorough verification, and compile complete documentation required for credit applications.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, coordinating with underwriting teams and providing timely updates to dealers and customers.
- Communicate credit decisions clearly, explaining approval conditions, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, accepted payment locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and documentation are logged promptly.
- Conduct periodic follow‑ups with borrowers to reinforce payment discipline and address any concerns that could affect loan performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and local outreach events that enhance brand visibility in the Singaraja market.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism while representing Adira Finance in the community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 33 years (maximum 29 years preferred for entry‑level candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; however, experience in sales, customer service, or the financial sector is a strong advantage.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C driving licence.
- Clean BI‑Checking record with no adverse credit history.
- High level of mobility, willingness to travel within the assigned territory, and ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long‑term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and integrity in previous roles or academic pursuits.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and marketing.
