- Manage backup and disaster‑recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and rapid restoration when needed.
- Collaborate with software development and network teams to deploy new applications and services.
- Provide first‑line technical support for end‑users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports for knowledge‑base growth.
- Assist in the creation and editing of internal communication materials, leveraging Microsoft Office and basic graphic‑design tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and after‑hours support as required, ensuring continuous service availability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Age: maximum 26 years (candidates up to 25 years are preferred).
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in system administration or a similar IT role.
- Strong familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to edit and produce content for internal communications, newsletters, or social media.
- Basic graphic‑design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a valuable plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose technical problems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
