Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Supervisor Shift Grower Crew to join our dynamic agricultural team. This full‑time role operates from Monday to Saturday, with daily hours of 08:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of our grower crew, ensuring that planting, maintenance, and harvest processes are executed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of growers during each shift, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
- Plan, schedule, and execute planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest‑control, and harvesting activities according to agronomic best practices.
- Conduct daily equipment checks, maintain tools, and arrange timely repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.
- Track key performance indicators such as yield per hectare, labor productivity, and resource usage, reporting results to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records in the store management system, including inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and harvested produce.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product flow from field to market.
- Participate in seasonal planning meetings and contribute insights based on field observations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field; SMK with a focus on agriculture is acceptable for fresh graduates.
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates should be physically capable of working in field conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in crop production is advantageous, though recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated initiative, meticulousness, and perseverance in task execution.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle; this is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency with store management or inventory systems (e.g., basic ERP, POS).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably basic English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members regardless of gender.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and capacity to make quick, data‑driven decisions.
