We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing department to design and execute digital campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create eye‑catching visual assets and promotional graphics using Canva or similar design tools, ensuring brand consistency.
- Produce and schedule regular social‑media content, including posts, stories, reels, and short videos, to keep audiences engaged.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) and generate weekly reports to optimize spend and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align digital initiatives with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Manage paid advertising budgets, set up ad groups, and perform A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and nurture relationships with influencers.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, and best practices, recommending new tactics when appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 17 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic‑design applications.
- Strong understanding of social‑media promotion techniques and platform algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, on‑brand content on a consistent basis.
- Results‑oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in digital marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Creative problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning.
- Comfortable working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
