Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one‑on‑one lessons in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Science, tailoring each session to the student’s curriculum and learning style.
- Assess student performance through diagnostic tests, quizzes, and informal observations, then create detailed progress reports for parents and school administrators.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate interactive activities, real‑world examples, and digital resources to enhance comprehension and retention.
- Provide homework assistance and exam preparation strategies, including time‑management techniques and test‑taking skills.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment, encouraging critical thinking, curiosity, and self‑confidence.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss goals, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and peer‑review sessions to continuously improve instructional methods.
- Adhere to the center’s policies regarding scheduling, attendance, and confidentiality of student records.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, or a related field.
