Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate sales, inventory, and customer data from multiple sources including POS systems, e‑commerce platforms, and third‑party marketplaces.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports that highlight key metrics such as sell‑through rates, stock‑turn, and gross margin.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide real‑time visibility for senior management.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and buying teams to forecast demand and identify emerging trends in fashion and daily apparel.
- Assist live‑stream hosts by preparing product performance snapshots and inventory availability during live sales events.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and live‑host events, recommending data‑driven optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain documentation of reporting procedures.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as new product launches, supplier negotiations, and store expansion plans.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a reporting or analytical role, preferably within fashion, retail, or e‑commerce.
- Prior experience as a live‑stream host is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and daily apparel trends.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – good manners, professional attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, responsibility, creativity, perseverance, and a tolerance for diversity.
- Proficiency in store management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility during live‑sale events.
