Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Koki Spesialis Makanan Chinese to join our vibrant culinary team. This full‑time position is ideal for an experienced female chef who is passionate about Chinese cuisine and can consistently deliver high‑quality meals for a small group of guests. Responsibilities

  • Prepare three distinct Chinese meals daily, each featuring a different main dish, to serve 2‑5 guests per meal.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and all cooking equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
  • Develop and adjust recipes to meet guest preferences while preserving authentic flavors.
  • Execute food testing on‑site to guarantee taste, texture, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to streamline workflow and minimize downtime during peak hours.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures, applying proper time‑management techniques to ensure timely service.
  • Document daily production logs, including menu rotation, ingredient usage, and any special dietary accommodations.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen assistants on basic Chinese cooking techniques and hygiene practices.
  • Continuously stay updated on emerging trends in Chinese gastronomy and incorporate innovative dishes when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience cooking Chinese cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen cleanliness and stock control efficiently.
  • Strong time‑management and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferred; ability to read simple recipes in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in on‑site food testing and quality assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude.
  • Physical stamina to work long shifts (07:00 – 19:00) six days a week, including weekends.
