Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Crew Store – Pengelola Operasional Penjualan to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our online storefront runs smoothly, from managing inventory to creating engaging live‑stream content that drives sales. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and have hands‑on experience with major Indonesian e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the daily functionality of the online store, ensuring product listings are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and handle inbound and outbound logistics to prevent stock‑outs.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Create compelling visual and written content for product pages, promotional banners, and social media channels.
- Plan, host, and execute live‑stream sessions on TikTok Shop and other platforms, engaging viewers and converting interactions into sales.
- Act as an affiliate partner when required, leveraging personal networks to expand brand reach and drive traffic.
- Maintain a clean, organized virtual store environment, ensuring that all product images, descriptions, and pricing are presented professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with inventory availability and sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post‑purchase support.
- Continuously stay informed about e‑commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the store competitive.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates aged 18‑30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proficiency with e‑commerce applications: Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.
- Strong attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience as an Affiliate marketer or Live Host is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to manage store cleanliness, both digital (catalog integrity) and physical (if applicable).
- Competence in preparing accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Creative skills for content creation and live‑stream production.
- Basic understanding of store management systems and inventory software.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
