Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers, introducing them to Amartha’s micro‑loan programs and explaining the benefits of joining the network.
- Conduct on‑site economic counseling for household members, offering guidance on budgeting, savings, and responsible loan utilization.
- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting standards, risk policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the collection and follow‑up of repayments, maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with borrowers.
- Report daily field activities, including new leads, loan status updates, and any challenges encountered, to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, and Training to continuously improve service delivery and borrower experience.
- Participate in community events and local outreach programs to raise awareness of financial empowerment opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years as per company policy).
- Gender: All genders welcomed; female candidates are preferred.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and the physical stamina to work outdoors and travel across rural areas.
- No prior experience required; however, prior exposure to sales, community outreach, or basic financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital tools for data collection and analysis (e.g., mobile apps, spreadsheets).
