Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Penyaluran Bisnis to join our dynamic team in Batulicin, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in supporting our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that loan applications and financing orders flow smoothly from intake to approval. As part of a fast‑growing financial services organization, you will work closely with sales, credit, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless experience for our retail and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on every incoming order received through the Business Channeling source, confirming receipt and clarifying any missing information.
  • Collect, verify, and input complete consumer and financing‑object data into the ACCTION system, ensuring high data integrity.
  • Process credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions and consumer grading, adhering to internal credit policies.
  • Communicate approval or rejection outcomes to customers promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and maintain accurate tracking of survey status.
  • Collaborate with the Service Handling Center (SHC) to resolve any issues related to pending consumer orders.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date electronic archives of all documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory record‑keeping standards.
  • Generate daily and weekly activity reports for management, highlighting order volume, processing times, and any bottlenecks.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow optimizations and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data entry, or credit processing roles.
  • Proficiency with computers and familiarity with loan management systems (experience with ACCTION is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Basic analytical skills to evaluate credit documentation and identify inconsistencies.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
