Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Tim Packing Produk Fresh to join our fast‑growing fresh produce operation in Kabupaten Bogor. This role is essential to maintaining the high quality and safety standards that our customers expect from our fresh fruit and vegetable lines. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and fellow packers to ensure that every package leaving the facility meets strict weight, size, and presentation criteria while adhering to food safety regulations.
Workdays run from Monday through Sunday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00. This schedule supports our continuous production flow and provides flexibility for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform the packing of fresh fruits and vegetables according to company standards, carefully measuring weight, size, and selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Inspect raw produce for visual defects, bruises, or spoilage before packing, and conduct a second quality check after packaging to ensure integrity during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area that complies with hygiene and safety protocols, including proper sanitation of work surfaces and equipment.
- Arrange packed goods in designated storage zones or staging areas for timely shipment, optimizing space utilization and ensuring easy access for loading crews.
- Operate semi‑automatic packing machines or manual tools when required, following standard operating procedures and performing routine equipment checks.
- Document production counts, deviations, and any equipment malfunctions in daily logs and report issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets, offering assistance during peak periods or when workflow bottlenecks arise.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, quality assurance, and efficient packing techniques to continuously improve performance.
- Support inventory management by updating stock levels of packaging supplies and notifying procurement when re‑ordering is needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a packing, warehousing, or food‑handling environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general administrative tasks to record production data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality and safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Good communication skills and the willingness to work collaboratively in a shift‑based team.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including proper storage practices and inventory control, is an advantage.
