Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Content Planner to join our vibrant team in beautiful Bali. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to develop and execute content strategies that drive awareness, interaction, and conversion for our portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and key market events.
- Research, curate, and create original social media content that reflects current trends, audience preferences, and platform best practices.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously improve reach, interaction, and conversion rates.
- Act as the brand’s voice on social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
- Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community groups to amplify brand messaging.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure visual and textual consistency across all channels.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and industry innovations to keep our digital presence ahead of the curve.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing integrated marketing campaigns that combine paid, owned, and earned media.
- Maintain a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and target‑driven environments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- Strong grasp of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and stay current with digital trends.
- Excellent communication skills, confident public speaking, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Proven experience in increasing engagement rates and building community loyalty.
- Demonstrated ability to forge and manage relationships with media, influencers, and community partners.
- Highly adaptable, self‑motivated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines while handling multiple projects.
- Relevant experience in content planning or social media management is a strong plus.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
