Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and executing promotional displays.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure proper receipt of funds.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating the store management system.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily sales targets, share best practices, and support each other during busy periods.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, health and safety, and store cleanliness.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer‑service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 25 years old.

- Experience: No prior retail experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
