Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing trips to retail outlets, UMKM partners, and prospective customers to introduce and promote our fragrance portfolio.
- Present product features, explain scent profiles, and provide free samples that help clients experience the fragrance firsthand.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate perfume lines, and tailor solutions that match target demographics and price points.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners and buyers, ensuring high levels of repeat orders and customer loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals while maintaining the company’s profitability targets.
- Close sales efficiently, process orders on‑site, and follow up to confirm delivery and satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas, and submit accurate activity reports and sales forecasts to the regional manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Gather feedback from the field and collaborate with product development and marketing teams to refine product positioning.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, represent the brand positively, and adhere to safety and company policies during field operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no upper age limit.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sectors.
- Own a motorbike and a valid SIM C; reliable transportation is essential for daily field visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in sales administration, analytical reporting, and coordination of sales activities.
- Positive mindset, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn about fragrance trends and product knowledge.
