Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Admin Business Channeling to join our team in Tanjung, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in handling the flow of business channel orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth credit approval processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for our customers while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Gather, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data, entering it accurately into the ACCTION system.
- Perform data entry for orders received via the dicicilaja channel, maintaining consistent records and updating status changes promptly.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) results and consumer grading, processing each request according to internal credit policies.
- Communicate credit approval outcomes to customers, providing clear explanations and next‑step guidance.
- Coordinate with the Survey Operations Center (SOC) by dispatching order surveys and monitoring their progress.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Hub Coordination (SHC) team to resolve any pending issues related to consumer orders under your management.
- Maintain comprehensive entry of customer data into the system, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection standards.
- Provide regular updates to management on order status, credit decisions, and any exceptions that arise during processing.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that reduce turnaround time and increase data accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Not older than 30 years at the time of application.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, credit processing, or business channeling environments.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software; experience with data entry systems such as ACCTION is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset to assess credit documentation and make informed recommendations based on RAC or grading outcomes.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional overtime when required.
