Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Glamping Services and Guest Experience Head to lead the delivery of memorable outdoor hospitality at our upscale glamping resort. This role combines operational oversight, guest‑centric service design, and team leadership to ensure that every visitor enjoys a seamless blend of comfort and nature. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily service activities, coordinating with the culinary team, and fostering an environment where staff are motivated to exceed guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house operations, including check‑in/out, concierge services, and on‑site activity coordination.
- Develop and implement service standards that reflect the brand’s luxury‑camping ethos, ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.
- Manage staffing schedules, conduct regular shift briefings, and monitor performance metrics to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage department to align menu offerings, banquet services, and minibar stocking with guest preferences and seasonal themes.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for delight and loyalty.
- Conduct routine inspections of tents, cabins, and communal areas to guarantee cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, analyzing occupancy trends, guest satisfaction scores, and cost efficiencies.
- Lead training programs that emphasize hospitality best practices, cultural sensitivity, and emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with marketing to create experiential packages that attract target demographics, such as adventure seekers, families, and corporate retreat groups.
- Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices throughout the property.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) – D3 or S1 degree preferred for senior‑level responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or glamping operations, with a strong focus on guest experience.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic; ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus) and a polished, professional appearance.
- Proven ability to manage food and beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
