Introduction

This pivotal role will oversee all hub operations in the Jembrana region, ensuring that parcels move swiftly and securely from pickup to final delivery. The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with a solid background in logistics, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow to guarantee on‑time delivery, from collection at the origin to hand‑over at the customer’s doorstep.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement strict quality‑control measures to minimize loss, damage, or misrouting of shipments.
- Track and reconcile all hub transactions, ensuring data accuracy in the transport management system.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, optimizing loading, unloading, and sorting processes.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate hub staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for first‑mile and last‑mile activities.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery rate, transit times, and incident occurrences.
- Collaborate with the regional planning team to forecast demand, allocate resources, and plan capacity for peak periods.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety requirements applicable to hub operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sector.
- Proven experience in both First Mile and Last Mile logistics environments.
- Solid understanding of planning, shipping, warehousing, and hub management processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff, with a focus on performance metrics and safety culture.
- Flexibility to relocate and reside in Kabupaten Jembrana for the duration of employment.
- Ability to work the standard shift of 09:30 – 18:30, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
