Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan Retail dan Penanganan Pembayaran (Retail Sales Cashier and Payment Handler) to join our fast‑moving retail environment. The successful candidate will be the face of our store, ensuring that every transaction is processed accurately, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer‑focused setting, enjoy handling cash and electronic payments, and can maintain composure during busy periods. Our store operates six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a stable schedule that balances work and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Process all customer purchases using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, e‑wallets, and other payment methods.
- Verify the accuracy of each transaction, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash drawer balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product inquiries, and resolving payment‑related issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, keeping it clean, stocked with necessary supplies (bags, receipts, promotional flyers), and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with floor staff to manage stock levels, perform price checks, and assist with inventory counts when needed.
- Prepare daily sales reports, reconcile cash discrepancies, and communicate any irregularities to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities by informing customers about ongoing discounts, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, data privacy, and cash handling procedures.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, stepping in to cover fellow cashiers during peak hours or unexpected absences.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Female candidates up to 45 years old are preferred; however, all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders, with a focus on female applicants as per current staffing needs.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core Skills: Familiarity with cashier systems and basic math; ability to operate POS software.

- Teamwork: Capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues while also being comfortable handling tasks solo.
