Introduction

We are seeking an energetic Spesialis Sales Promotion to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility and boosting product uptake across various retail channels. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns that align with the company’s sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers, visual merchandisers, and store staff to ensure seamless rollout of in‑store activations.
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, sampling, and giveaways to engage shoppers and stimulate trial.
  • Track and analyze promotional performance metrics, providing actionable insights for future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, negotiating optimal placement and shelf‑space for promotional materials.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales lift, inventory movement, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional collateral, including signage, brochures, and digital content.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to keep promotions fresh and relevant.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and a friendly demeanor during events and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations during all promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 25 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required, though a strong interest in sales and marketing is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Friendly, sociable (supel) personality with a professional and attractive appearance.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and loyalty to the organization.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Basic understanding of sales development concepts and a willingness to learn advanced promotional techniques.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) for reporting and scheduling.
