We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Host for Live Stream Events & Audience Engagement to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand during daily live shopping sessions, delivering high‑energy presentations, interacting with viewers in real time, and driving sales through persuasive product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Live Hosting: Conduct a 3‑hour live streaming session each day (19:00‑22:00), maintaining high energy, engaging chat participants, and showcasing product features with clear, enthusiastic narration.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed daily Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, promote flash‑sale events, and distribute exclusive vouchers to encourage immediate purchases.
- Content Preparation: Develop detailed scripts, design eye‑catching thumbnails, and create a product rundown for each session, ensuring that priority items receive optimal exposure.
- Customer Service: Respond instantly to technical questions, product specifications, and any live‑chat complaints, providing accurate information and resolving issues without disrupting the broadcast.
- Data & Reporting: Track viewership metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance; provide daily reports to the marketing manager to refine future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, marketing, and logistics teams to align product availability with live‑stream promotions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and emerging interactive tools to constantly improve audience engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, online sales, or digital content hosting.
- Strong communication and marketing skills, with a proven ability to speak confidently in front of a camera.
- Proficiency in online communication management tools, live‑stream platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Live, YouTube Live), and basic graphic design for thumbnails.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, quick problem‑solving ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, including weekends, during the specified evening shift.
