Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic canvassing and scheduled visits to a variety of retail locations, UMKM shops, and potential new clients to promote our fragrance portfolio.
- Present product features, benefits, and scent profiles, offering sample vials to allow prospects to experience the fragrance firsthand.
- Identify customer preferences, recommend suitable perfume lines, and tailor solutions that match individual or business needs.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and end‑consumers to encourage repeat orders and brand loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and promotional terms while maintaining profitability targets.
- Close sales efficiently, ensuring accurate order entry, delivery coordination, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Track personal sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets, preparing concise reports for the sales manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer preferences to uncover new opportunities and provide actionable insights to the product development team.
- Maintain a clean and organized schedule, using a mobile CRM tool to record visits, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, vehicle usage, and professional conduct while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates must demonstrate the stamina and motivation required for field work.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related FMCG sectors.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) for efficient territory coverage.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and a results‑oriented mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Basic proficiency with mobile applications for reporting, GPS navigation, and customer relationship management.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to a regular work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
