Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Jabodetabek area (Lenteng Agung, Pasar Baru). This role is ideal for a proactive female professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys direct customer interaction, and is passionate about driving sales growth through both traditional and digital channels. The successful candidate will serve as the face of our brand, promoting our product portfolio and service offerings while building lasting relationships with clients across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational activities related to the sales floor, ensuring technicians and support staff meet performance standards.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify prospective customers, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Provide post‑sale support, addressing client inquiries, handling objections, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze market trends, and propose strategic adjustments to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including Facebook, Google, and Instagram ads, that resonates with the target audience.
  • Organize and attend promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to expand market reach.
  • Manage inventory levels of promotional materials and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Adhere to the company’s schedule, working Monday through Sunday (09:00 – 18:00), and be available for weekend assignments when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • Female candidates only.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in a consumer‑focused or B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok) with measurable engagement results.
  • Strong target‑orientation and leadership qualities, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting product benefits persuasively.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays and Sundays as part of the regular schedule.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle, possess a valid SIM A, and be able to drive a car when required.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads is a plus.
